Tribe is a gang of midlife women, coming together to feel great through movement, nutrition, mind body work, positivity and fun!

How do you feel right now?

  • You want to feel stronger and fitter, without having to (re)start running or joining a gym.

  • You know what you should be eating (and what you shouldn’t) but you’re too busy and stressed to give up your habits, treats and pleasures.

  • You are confused by the bombardment of messages and opinions about health.

  • You want to work out at home (sometimes in PJs)  in the company of women your age, with similar lives and bodies, not some 20 year old PT in the gym!

  • You want to have a healthier lifestyle, but not sure if you are ‘motivated’ enough

  • You suspect you are feeling menopause symptoms, but maybe it’s just getting old and inevitable and it’s best to just shut up, plug on and stop being a drag?

  • You’re too busy working, looking after the kids, job,  family, dog (and a million other things) to worry about your own health.

  • Twice weekly LIVE online workouts plus a library of recorded workouts from 5 to 60 minutes.

  • Health assessment (My Health Map) and goal setting tool (5 Steps to Action).

  • 30 minute call with Health Coach on goal setting.

  • Health Coach support by email for up to 30 minutes/month.

  • Monthly TRIBE ‘Check in’ to share progress, challenges and anything else that comes up!

  • Healthy nutrition guidelines, recipes and tips

  • You can cancel your membership at any time, and you won’t be charged again.

  • Get in touch if you want more support in managing your health and feeling great. We offer one to one Health Coaching and also Personal Training, either online or in person.

  • TRIBE membership is £45/month, or £450/year.

    STUDIO membership: TRIBE membership is free for ‘STUDIO members’ = people currently enrolled in a full term of ‘studio classes’ (IRL classes in my studio in London).

    Studio sessions are £22pp, per 1 hour session, payable in advance by term (10/11/12/13 weeks), up to 5 students per session. 

    STUDIO members get 15% reduction on the 1:1 Health Coaching Programme.

    Loyalty offers:

    TRIBE Angels are loyal members of TRIBE who invite friends and family to join TRIBE. If you introduce a friend to TRIBE membership (and they stay at least 3 months) I’ll credit you ONE month free TRIBE membership.

    If you are a STUDIO member, and you introduce a friend to TRIBE membership (and they stay at least 3 months) I’ll credit you TWO free studio sessions.

    Health Coaching Programme (online): 

    My 1:1 Health Coaching 12 week Programme is £1995. 1:1 Health Coaching clients get 2 months TRIBE membership for free, then 50% off TRIBE membership for further 12 months.
