TRIBE is a gang of midlife women, coming together to feel GREAT through movement, nutrition, mind body work, positivity and FUN.
We live all over the world, have different timezones, lifestyles and fitness levels. We share a commitment to taking care of our health, getting strong and staying mobile to get the most out of life, whatever it may bring.

Who am I?
I am Michelle Clinton, a qualified Pilates (STOTT) and yoga (Heart & Bones) teacher, Personal Trainer, certified MindBodyGreen Health Coach. I started this journey to find a better way for midlife women to feel better: physically, mentally, emotionally. My TRIBE have helped me through very tough times: love, friendship and hope shining through day after day.

Pilates based, plus yoga and weights!
My workouts are designed for mid-life women, built on a pilates foundation with a goal of building mobility, core strength and muscle mass. We focus on breath and stability, we use hand weights, blocks, balls and bands, we listen to music, and we always have a laugh.

Founded on science and learning
I’m not interested in the latest fad diet, celebrity trainer or miracle weight loss solution. My advice is based on common sense, science-based research and real-life experience. For nutrition and health information, I always direct to Zoe Science & Nutrition.
